As part of NEOM’s transformation into a global hub for innovation and lifestyle, Warrior Group was entrusted with the design and delivery of the NEOM Adventure Facility—an anchor development for adventure-led tourism and community engagement.

The project introduces 4.5 km of engineered mountain bike trails, dynamic climbing and bouldering walls, and a portfolio of specialized adventure amenities. Developed with precision and long-term durability in mind, the facility is positioned as a first-of-its-kind destination asset, seamlessly blending active recreation with architectural and environmental integrity.

Built into NEOM’s rugged terrain, every element was designed for sustainability, safety, and minimal ecological impact. Trails were carved to preserve natural contours, while vertical climbing structures were engineered to meet international standards of safety and performance. The result is an integrated facility that encourages year-round exploration, wellbeing, and community-driven activity.

Now officially open to the NEOM community, the facility is already welcoming its first visitors. Final snagging and shading works are in progress to refine the guest experience, ensuring that the site delivers on Warrior Group’s commitment to excellence in experiential development.
