Warrior Group was appointed by the Royal Commission for AlUla to construct the AlUla Adventure Hub, a landmark destination positioned as the region’s outdoor adventure center. The project focused on delivering both the built infrastructure and activity platforms, all within one of Saudi Arabia’s most iconic desert landscapes.

A major component of the scope was the construction of the Welcome Center, designed as the operational and visitor orientation hub for the site. Built using modular, eco-friendly methods and regionally sourced materials, the facility was delivered on a fast-track program and engineered to withstand the extreme desert environment while minimizing environmental impact. It includes guest services areas, ticketing, briefing zones, and shaded rest spaces, all built for durability and operational efficiency.

In parallel, Warrior Group delivered all supporting adventure activity infrastructure, including a high-speed zipline capable of reaching 120 km/h, the Giant Swing with an 80-meter drop, the Via Ferrata and AlUla Stairway climbing route with its 45-meter ladder, as well as modular climbing and abseil stations. Each installation was designed, fabricated, and constructed to meet international safety standards, using minimal-impact foundations and sustainable materials to preserve the surrounding natural terrain.

All work was completed on schedule and to strict safety requirements, with over 60% of local content engagement. The project achieved a zero-incident safety record and set a benchmark for adventure hub construction in environmentally sensitive locations, reinforcing Warrior Group’s role as a trusted partner for complex tourism infrastructure developments supporting Saudi Arabia’s adventure tourism vision.
