With the rise in nature-based tourism and demand for experience-driven travel, Warrior Group was commissioned to design and construct JA Hatta Adventure Park as part of JA Hatta Fort Hotel’s transformation into a destination resort. The project focused on delivering a permanent adventure infrastructure that blended seamlessly into the mountain environment while offering high-adrenaline experiences for hotel guests.

The construction scope included a multi-route climbing wall engineered for varying skill levels, a Jacob’s Ladder team-climb element designed for group participation, the Leap of Faith jump platform built with precision safety systems, and the Wobbly Logs balance challenge suspended high above ground. Each structure was fabricated using weather-resistant, high-strength materials, ensuring durability in Hatta’s rugged outdoor setting.

All works were completed on a fast-track schedule, using modular foundation systems to minimize environmental impact and allow for efficient installation within a live hotel environment. The final park was handed over ready for immediate guest use, demonstrating Warrior Group’s capability to deliver high-quality adventure facilities for hospitality destinations seeking to expand into experiential tourism.
