Warrior Group was appointed as the specialist adventure consultancy for multiple pilot projects within NEOM, supporting the region’s vision to create world-class adventure and nature-based tourism experiences in harmony with its dramatic landscapes. Our scope combined strategic planning with on-the-ground technical expertise to ensure each concept was commercially viable, operationally efficient, and environmentally sensitive. We began with comprehensive feasibility studies, site assessments, and mapping to understand terrain, climate, and access constraints. This was followed by master planning and product mix strategy, aligning each site’s unique features with target visitor segments, from high-thrill water activities to family-friendly land adventure zones.

We conducted detailed market and demand analyses, prepared investment-grade financial models, and developed procurement and packaging strategies to attract specialist vendors while maximising local contractor participation. Technical advisory services covered constructability reviews, safety-by-design integration in accordance with EN and ACCT standards, and the specification of low-impact engineering solutions to protect NEOM’s sensitive ecosystems. We also created operational blueprints, including SOPs, staffing models, training programs, and emergency response plans tailored to remote-site logistics.

Our work enabled NEOM to progress from concept to delivery-ready adventure destinations, ensuring the projects not only meet global best practice in safety and guest experience but also contribute to long-term tourism value creation. These consultancy engagements strengthened NEOM’s positioning as a pioneer in sustainable, future-focused adventure tourism within Saudi Arabia and beyond.
