Our role spanned from strategic visioning and feasibility studies to technical advisory, procurement planning, and operational readiness. Working closely with the client, local authorities, and tourism stakeholders, we refreshed the masterplan to introduce a balanced mix of high-thrill attractions, family-friendly activities, and revenue-enhancing facilities, while maintaining the park’s environmental sensitivity and safety-first approach.
The proposed Phase 2 included signature draws such as a Giant Swing, Adventure Tower, Zipline, and Archery Range, alongside shaded play zones, skills bike loops, and improved guest circulation.
We delivered a bankable investment model with detailed CAPEX/OPEX forecasts, risk analysis, and lifecycle planning, ensuring the expansion was financially viable and operationally sustainable.
The result is a fully scoped, investment-ready plan that strengthens Fujairah’s position as the UAE’s mountain adventure capital and sets the foundation for increased visitation, longer dwell times, and higher per-capita spend.
