Warrior Group was appointed to lead the full operational management of the Water Sports Adventure Hub for over a two-year period, delivering consistent, high-quality adventure experiences across both land and water environments.

Our responsibilities included day-to-day operations, activity scheduling, guest experience management, and rigorous adherence to international safety standards. We recruited, trained, and managed a team of over 30 certified adventure professionals to run activities such as kayaking, diving, SUP, mountain biking, and climbing.

By implementing structured SOPs, equipment maintenance protocols, and real-time reporting systems, Warrior Group ensured a safe, efficient, and engaging hub environment that supported clients vision to establish a premier global sporting destination.
