Warrior Group was appointed to design, build, and operate the AlUla Youth Camp, a purpose-built initiative developed under the Royal Commission for AlUla to support youth development through outdoor education and experiential learning. Set within AlUla’s striking desert landscape, the camp provided a safe, immersive environment for young participants to connect with nature, develop leadership skills, and engage in structured, adventure-based activities.

The program was intentionally limited to 50 participants per season to ensure a high-quality, personalized experience. Despite the limited capacity, the camp received overwhelming interest, with over 300 individuals placed on the waitlist, highlighting strong demand and the camp’s immediate impact within the community.

The program featured a mix of outdoor challenges, environmental awareness sessions, cultural learning, and team-building exercises, all delivered by professionally trained facilitators. Warrior Group managed the full project lifecycle, from infrastructure delivery to seasonal operations, ensuring alignment with national youth development goals and AlUla’s broader tourism and community engagement vision.
