Warrior Group was engaged at early stage of the AlUla Adventure Hub development, a flagship attraction within one of Saudi Arabia’s most iconic heritage and tourism destinations. Our mandate was to design and deliver a commercially viable, operationally efficient, and safety-led adventure experience that could integrate seamlessly with AlUla’s unique desert–canyon landscape.
From concept through to operational launch, we delivered a full advisory scope that included feasibility studies, detailed site assessment and mapping, master planning, market analysis, product mix strategy, technical design review, procurement packaging, and operational readiness planning.
The curated attraction mix, featuring a Giant Swing with an 80-metre drop, high-speed zipline, Via-Ferrata, and 45-metre stairway ladder, was developed to maximise dwell time, secondary spend, and repeat visitation, while maintaining the highest environmental and heritage protection standards.
We introduced innovative, low-impact engineering solutions such as modular footings and prefabricated components to minimise on-site disturbance, and embedded EN/ACCT-aligned safety protocols into both design and operations.
Our procurement strategy balanced international adventure specialists with regional contractors to optimise quality, cost, and delivery timeframes. In parallel, we built a complete operational framework, including SOPs, staffing structures, training programs, emergency response plans, and guest flow design, ensuring a smooth transition from construction to opening day. The result was a launch-ready adventure hub that not only delivers world-class thrills but also reinforces AlUla’s positioning as a premier adventure destination in the Middle East, driving tourism diversification and economic impact in line with Vision 2030
