In 2020, Warrior Group was awarded the contract by the Royal Commission for AlUla to deliver a world-class Bike Park and supporting infrastructure within the dramatic landscapes of AlUla. The scope covered full design, construction, and ongoing operations, including a custom-built coffee shop, a guest experience center, and a panoramic viewing deck.

The project was executed with a strong emphasis on environmental sensitivity, cultural harmony, and modularity. All facilities were designed in accordance with AlUla’s strict design guidelines and built to be easily relocatable for future strategic expansion. The bike trails, featuring over 1.3 km of berms, rollers, and jumps, were engineered for both beginner and advanced riders, establishing the site as a premier outdoor biking destination in the region.

Warrior Group also ensured strong community integration by sourcing from local suppliers, employing and training AlUla-based staff, and partnering with a local café operator to run the onsite F&B component.
